We are proud to announce the launch of our latest innovation: the Employee Bulletin module.
Designed to modernise internal communication, this new tool enables HR teams and department leads to share critical updates, team announcements, and company news directly through the FlexManager all-in-one platform.
The Employee Bulletin module replaces outdated noticeboards, printed memos, and scattered email threads with a centralised digital tool. It is fully integrated into the FlexManager platform, delivering instant mobile-to-desktop integration, where field teams and remote workers receive bulletins from their mobile device, with acknowledgements being relayed back to desktop users. This ensures that employees can access essential information anytime, anywhere.
The key features of the new Employee Bulletin module include a centralised digital bulletin section on the Home section, allowing teams to manage announcements and internal updates in one place. It offers role-based access and targeted content delivery, ensuring that each message reaches the right audience.
Users can attach images and links to provide full context to communications. The module also includes an audit trail to track which employees have viewed and acknowledged each bulletin. Finally, it integrates seamlessly with other FlexManager modules, helping organisations reduce the number of systems they rely on, streamlining their operations.
Built with flexibility in mind, the Employee Bulletin module suits all industries, from construction and manufacturing to logistics, healthcare, and beyond. Whether your workforce is office-based, on-site, or remote, real-time updates are always just a click away. This launch reinforces FlexManager’s mission to digitalise and change how organisations manage compliance, safety, and team engagement.
