FlexManager started September by hitting the road to attend the Guaranteed Irish Construction Forum 2026, and it offered a terrific insight into the current landscape of the nation’s construction and infrastructure sectors. Guaranteed Irish is widely recognised as Ireland’s symbol of trust across a range of sectors, and they do tremendous work supporting the businesses that keep Ireland moving, so it was a privilege to be invited to take part. Taking place at KPMG Ireland Harbourmaster Place (Platform X), the event pulled in over 3,000 attendees for a lively afternoon of expert takeaways and productive networking.
The forum’s theme this year was Building Infrastructure at Pace Using Trusted Supply Chains, an important topic that coaxed fascinating words from all those in attendance. An engaging panel discussion took centre stage as the main speakers aired their thoughts. Chaired by Sarah Carey, Chair and MC events and conferences, the panel was made up by David Kelly, CEO at Gas Networks Ireland; Michael Hynes, CEO at Evara Ireland; Niall O’Connor, Managing Director at Kingspan; and Paul O’Neill, Co-Head of Infrastructure & Head of Infrastructure Strategy and Commercial Advisory at KPMG.
The event ultimately closed with remarks also from Minister for Transport, Climate, Environment, and Energy, Darragh O’Brien TD. Our very own Peter Mullins, Director of Sales Marketing, and Ana Rudic, Sales Executive, were in attendance on the day.

“The event was a fresh reminder of the innovation and forward-thinking that continues to drive the construction industry in Ireland. FlexManager has had the good fortune to work with so many construction leaders across the country, and it was a pleasure to connect with so many more thought leaders in the space. We’re very much looking forward to further collaboration as we continue to provide this crucial industry with FlexManager’s one connected platform for smarter compliance,” Peter said.
“The panel made it clear that Ireland is following the same path other EU countries have taken: real investment in the infrastructure that will shape our energy, housing, and workforce for years to come. Plus, the networking afterward was a great chance to meet other businesses and learn more about what Guaranteed Irish does as an organisation,” Ana added.
During the forum, some of the key numbers behind this industry were discussed, including Ireland’s impressive €275bn infrastructure investment as well as the hunger to catalyse an already fast-moving sector. One of the key talking points from the day was the critical nature of collaborative thought processes and a healthy domestic supply chain to help accelerate the country’s infrastructure goals as we move steadily into the future.
FlexManager was keen to take a deep dive into this fascinating topic at the Guaranteed Irish Construction Forum 2026 – after all, our smart compliance software means construction companies can start with what they need: site safety, contractor pre-qualification, workforce control, asset management — all audit-ready from day one. And they can add more, their way, whenever they are prepared to do so. We work closely with this industry on a daily basis, and it was a privilege to have another opportunity to link in with the trailblazers and experts building towards a better future.
Fortunately, FlexManager will be attending a great deal more events, conferences, and exhibitions in the coming months, and you can find out exactly where we’ll be in the coming weeks and months by checking out
