FlexManager’s Conference Circuit: Where to Find Us This Autumn
Following a busy and successful spring conference season, the FlexManager team is gearing up for an equally exciting autumn schedule.
This month, the Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit (OMCSU) marks 10 years of dedicated service to communities around the West coast of Ireland.
For a decade, this extraordinary volunteer-led organisation has stood ready no matter the weather conditions, to respond when they are needed most. Their commitment to search and rescue operations along the coastline has brought reassurance to families, strength to the local emergency response network, and, in many cases, lifesaving outcomes.
At FlexManager, we are incredibly proud to have been long-time sponsors of the Unit. The dedication, professionalism, and teamwork demonstrated by the volunteers at OMCSU reflect the very qualities we strive to uphold in our own work.
Our CEO, George Curley, shared a few words on the importance of having the OMCSU in the community:
“Being witness to the work carried out by OMCSU, both from the inside as a volunteer and outside and community member, I’m always in awe of the level of dedication, professionalism and commitment of their volunteers. The comfort and hope they bring to the families and friends of those lost as sea is inspirational.”
As they mark this 10-year anniversary, we want to acknowledge not only their operational achievements, but the spirit of community that drives this entirely volunteer-driven organisation forward. It is an honour to support such a committed and courageous group.
