FlexManager’s Conference Circuit: Where to Find Us This Autumn
Following a busy and successful spring conference season, the FlexManager team is gearing up for an equally exciting autumn schedule.
This year has been one that was full of fulfilling projects, great people, and spikes in blood sugar! It’s important to look back and reflect on everything that we have packed in to a very busy year. Here’s a whistle-stop tour of the moments that defined our year, small and large! These are the moments that keep all at FlexManager HQ motivated to provide the highest quality compliance software solution possible to our clients.
Connectedness extends outside the solution we provide. We kicked off our first All hands meeting of the year in April, giving us a chance to bring everyone together, align on our goals, and share some laughs over some easter eggs. By July, we enjoyed a night out in Galway city. The best and worst ideas are often discovered on nights like these! Our second All Hands took place in November to reflect on 2025 and set our eyes on 2026, before we closed everything out with our Christmas party: a well-earned celebration and the perfect way to wrap up the year!
It was a huge year for stories, features, and thought leadership. We kicked off our Fireside Chat series, diving deeper into industry insights and conversations that matter. We launched our shiny new website. We were delighted to have printed advertisements in the Galway Advertiser as part of their Galway Grown series and in the CIF Annual Magazine. To top it all off, we published a white paper exploring change management in digital transformation, one of our biggest deep dives to date, with more to come.
This year brought an impressive parade of surprise snacks that kept us in the canteen for longer than anticipated. We kicked things off with Pancake Tuesday and an impromptu Tayto sandwich day. Summer heatwaves were conquered with ice-cream breaks, and we marked hitting 1,000 LinkedIn followers with a celebratory batch of cupcakes! By Halloween, we had a full sweet shop spread, the perfect finale to a year powered by treats and teamwork.
Here’s to the moments that made us laugh, the projects that made us proud, and the people who make it all happen. We can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store!
