FlexManager’s Conference Circuit: Where to Find Us This Autumn
Following a busy and successful spring conference season, the FlexManager team is gearing up for an equally exciting autumn schedule.
This year was a whirlwind year for FlexManager, and not just behind the desk. From client visits to conferences, sponsorships, and maintaining our drive for a high-quality product, we’ve been out showcasing what we do best. Here’s a lookback at some of the highlights that we think of when people ask what we’ve been up to.
We spent part of the year on the move, visiting client sites and seeing firsthand how our platform is making a real difference. These trips gave us valuable insights, sparked new ideas, and reminded us why what we do matters every single day.
We had the pleasure of interacting face to face with clients from BAM, SSC, Irish Dog Foods, QK cold stores on their sites, before travelling to Toronto to check in with our clients at Green Infrastructure Partners and NPL Canada, wrapping up our site visits with a trip to Vilnius to meet our partners at Teltonika.
These visits are truly some of the greatest days for us, and we look forward to doing it much more in 2026!
From attending to exhibiting, our conference calendar was packed with opportunities to learn, share, and network. Our conference circuit began in Galway with the Chief Fire Officers Association, where we had the pleasure to collaborate with many FlexManager users.
The BiG* event was next up, followed by a trip to Limerick for an Enterprise Ireland conference. Travelling over the Irish Sea, we went to the Emergency Services Show in Birmingham, before attending the Construction Industry Federation’s (CIF) annual conference.
The National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) was marked as a significant day at FlexManager, as we were both an exhibitor and sponsor of the event, before our CEO George Curley held a talk on Real Compliance in a Digital Transformation. An exhibition at the CIF DigiCon was up next, with The Buildings Show in Toronto wrapping up a busy year for us on the road.
Every handshake, every conversation, and every stage spotlight brought new energy and ideas back to the team, and we would like to thank everyone who has interacted with us at these events.
2025 saw us levelling up our our unified platform in a major ways through out quarterly releases. These releases saw improvements to modules such as Stock Manager, JRM, and Task Manager.Â
This year also saw the introduction of two new modules: Personal Dashboard, giving every user a central hub to keep them informed and organised, and Employee Bulletin, for announcements and updates, this module is the ultimate mass communication tool for a mobile workforce. Together, they’ve made the system smarter, smoother, and more personal than ever.
We’re proud to have supported several key events this year, investing communities and initiatives. Over the summer we continued our support of the Frances Thornton Galway Bay swim, and the Atlantic Lifeboats swim, two incredible causes! From an industry standpoint, we were delighted to sponsor NISO 2025 in Killarney this year, an organisation that embodies safety for everyone in all industries.
Sponsorships aren’t just about visibility they’re about connection, collaboration, and celebrating the innovators shaping our industry.
To cap off the year, we successfully achieved our ISO recertifications. This was a reminder that our standards are as high as our ambitions, and that we’re committed to excellence, and maintaining said excellence for our clients.
It’s been a busy, inspiring year, and these highlights are just a snapshot of the connections, learning, and growth we’ve experienced. We’re heading into the new year energized, ambitious, and ready.
