FlexManager’s Conference Circuit: Where to Find Us This Autumn
Following a busy and successful spring conference season, the FlexManager team is gearing up for an equally exciting autumn schedule.

At NISO 2025, FlexManager CEO George Curley was asked by Ayrton Group for his insights on the latest tech innovations that are impacting the world of Health and Safety. George spoke with Norbert Narbut on a range of topics. Here is an overview of some of the insights shared:
On this topic, George speaks on the Internet of Things (IoT) world and the potential avenues that this offers when it is paired with the “Hands-on world”:
How can air quality monitors on a construction site lead to decision making for the health of workers on site? That is a world that is really untapped in this space… how can we find out today what is happening so we can be proactive.
A huge topic in not just the compliance industry, but EVERY industry. George shares his two-cents:
AI has its place. We talk of AI filling out incident reports, and I have no interest in AI doing that for me. That is replacing years of knowledge with something trained by a third party, and we don’t know where it is getting it’s logic from.Â
Having said that, AI doing trend analysis on thousands of reports to see what could potentially happen based on years of data, that is something I can see AI having an impact. Guiding human decisions.
Thumbs up in the grand scheme, but with the caveat of making it useful to us rather than having it as a distraction.Â
A special thanks to Norbert for conducting the interview, and sharing his passion for Health and Safety topics. The full interview is available on the Ayrton’s Groups LinkedIn post.
