Over the next week, we will be rolling out our latest improvements to the FlexManager system. To ensure a smooth change, we would like to inform our clients of what has changed! 

• • Personal Dashboard: We are delighted to share that we have a new module to our Core & Insights solution. The Personal Dashboard will offer the ability for users to get a comprehensive visual overview of their data, in an intuitive format. To learn more, visit the Personal Dashboard Module Page.

• • Stock Management: With the ability to create stores and undertake mini-stock takes and stock takes in specific areas within a location, the user experience will be more efficient and comprehensive.

• • Job Risk Management/Permit to Work: Users can now revise active Job Risk Management and Permits to Work. This will allow for more versitility for users, saving time by not creating new permits to work or JRMs for specific jobs. 

• • Safety Observations: We have introduced the ability to carry out reviews of safety observations, so they can be validated and verified as being applicable/not applicable. Users can now record safety observations anonymously through Flex+.
