This Tuesday (Sept 30th), we attended the Construction Industry Federation’s (CIF) annual conference in Dublin’s Croke Park, where we listened to the key voices in the construction sector discuss the current trends, and the future of the industry in Ireland.
The agenda covered a range of important topics such as infrastructure pipeline planning, contractor management, workforce wellbeing, and sustainable efficiency.
This conference provided an opportunity to hear directly from industry leaders, network with both familiar and new connections, and gain insights into the challenges and priorities ahead in a crucial industry.
We asked our Head of Business Development about how he found the event:
“The calibre of the event was outstanding. The highly informative speakers provided deep insights into market evolution, and the opportunity to hear from the Taoiseach solidified our understanding of the political landscape. We received valuable information on the long term view of the construction industry in Ireland.”

Our Business Development Executive also shared his thoughts on the conference:
“This gave us a unique opportunity to get an insight from thought leaders in the construction industry to learn about what is planned, and what is the future of, construction in Ireland. Some strong takeaways for FlexManager moving forward.”

We would like to thank the CIF for organising the event, and to everyone we had the chance to speak with on the day.
As this year marks the 90th year of the CIF, there are a number of events being organised to mark this significant milestone. We were delighted to have a feature article in the official CIF booklet at yesterday’s conference.

Keep an eye out for future events hosted by CIF through their website.
