FlexManager at the Fore of Innovation at EuroSafety 2026

FlexManager's stand at EuroSafety 2026 in Tampere, Finland, showcasing workplace safety software for proactive risk management

We’ve landed back from our worthwhile trip to Tampere, Finland – and we’re really thrilled with how it all went. The three-day event at EuroSafety 2026 was a pleasure to be part of for a number of reasons, so join us as we recap what we learned, the topics we uncovered, and why we’re excited for the rest of the year and beyond.

Important Themes Worth Exploring

There were a whole host of themes to explore and unpack at EuroSafety 2026. The place was pulsing with lively discussions, insightful interactions, and plenty of evidence of future-driven objectives.

Effective risk management, future-proofed safety tech, and workplace safety themes were among some of the key topics that speakers and attendees delved into across the event’s three days. For example, representatives from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health touched on the idea of physical and mental well-being as equally crucial to workplace safety.

Undoubtedly, we all recognise the crucial nature of taking steps to reduce risks in the workplace, but this may often conjure up images of eliminating trip hazards, maintaining equipment to help ensure it’s safe to use, and carry out risk assessments; all unmistakeably necessary steps to take. But what about the risks to mental well-being? Is there more that can be done in this really important area? It was a thought-provoking notion that really got people talking and thinking about.

Another theme that carried through much of EuroSafety was the idea of anticipating problems before they rear their heads. Health & Safety is very much about solving an issue before it even arrives, and that’s where seamless processes and well-thought-out solutions like the ones FlexManager provides come into play.

At the Edge of Innovation

It was fascinating to see so many people who are passionate about health and safety in attendance at EuroSafety 2026. Perhaps even more impressive was the energy and expertise that they all have for their particular industry. So many were represented across construction, ports & maritime, healthcare, and beyond, and FlexManager connected with dozens of them.

So many forward-thinking companies were in attendance, and it was inspiring to meet them and hear all about the work they’re doing. One of the big takeaways was how Finland is approaching health & safety, including the innovative approaches they’re bringing to the table.

Whether it was modern workwear designed to keep construction workers safe and comfortable, chemical safety tools created to help contain spillages, or fall protection solutions made with a smart approach, it was clear that Finland is thinking big about health and safety. What was equally clear was how FlexManager is shoulder-to-shoulder with so many of them.

Our smart software, helping companies achieve compliance no matter the industry they’re in, is designed with the same new-thinking approach. And the conversations we had at our stall with passers-by as well as people seeking us out reinforced the idea that so many people want and need our solutions. It was refreshing to be reminded that we are right there at the cutting edge of health and safety innovation.

Ready for the Future

So, what’s next? We encountered so many people passionate about health & safety that it reminded us of our own colleagues in our office, and it was hard not to feel inspired as we left Tampere in southern Finland.

Looking back on EuroSafety 2026, it was clear that we made a big impact and were impacted by the words we heard and the demonstrations we saw. We’re thankful to all of the organisers and our fellow attendees for creating such an amazing space for workplace health and safety to take centre stage, and we can’t wait to be there on 19–20 September 2028 when it all takes centre stage once again.
