No. ISO Assessment is a register and workflow for recording and reviewing your own assessment items, capturing rationale and tracking each one to closure. It supports the process your organisation runs, but certification itself is granted by an accredited certification body, not by the software.
Can an assessment item be reassigned if a reviewer changes?
Yes. An item can be reassigned to a different reviewer at any point, and the new reviewer is alerted the moment it’s assigned to them, so a change in workload or responsibility doesn’t mean losing track of where an item stands.
Can sensitive assessment items be kept private?
Sensitive items can be marked so their alerts stay private, meaning only the people who need to know about a sensitive finding are notified, rather than it being visible more broadly across the review workflow.
