Back in 2009 I recognised the role that technology could play in the heavily regulated areas of Compliance, particularly in the Health & Safety sectors. Having worked in that industry myself I understood only too well the barriers Paperwork caused when proving compliance with regulatory and legal obligations. There’s lots of t’s to cross and i’s to dot! Basically your day to day is ensuring the safety of your workforce and avoiding lawsuits!

From this CGA Technology was born. Compliance. Governance. Analytics. A solution to streamline and reduce the administration headaches I had dealt with as a HSEQ manager. This was now 2011 and we knew we could give people a platform to reach levels of compliance they could never have imagined possible. It wasn’t long before other industries began to notice the benefits of such technology and this health and safety software was evolving into something found within not only construction, but retail, healthcare, manufacturing, facility management, education…the list goes on, thankfully!

Tech is an ever changing industry. As with all businesses we started small but our expanding client base called for our team to grow and as it grew it flourished. Even our name evolved to FlexManager! We now have several offices on 3 continents and clients from all over the world. It’s good to take a moment to reflect on all that has happened in these past 13 years, the lessons we have learned along the way. And I would like to pay heed the support of our clients, staff and partners along the way who have made this 13 years possible! Thank you, G.
