FlexManager Asset Management Training

What is it?

An intensive 1 day training course covering all aspects of Asset Management on FlexManager. This course will provide in-depth knowledge on the setup and use all equipment-related modules.

Do I need it?

The Asset Management course aims to deliver broad and comprehensive training for Admin-level users. This will prepare users to configure and refine the FlexManager system to suit their organisation’s Asset Management needs.

During the course the attendees will gain the knowledge and skills required to carry out high-level administrative functions, develop best practices and implement various Asset Management processes in FlexManager.

Learning Outcomes:

This 6-part course will provide learners with a solid grounding in all modules that make up FlexManager’s Asset Management solution- Listed here. 

There will be 20 question quiz at the conclusion of course and continuous assessment throughout.

Attendees must achieve a grade of 70% or higher to be successful and gain the qualification.

At this point, attendees will be issued with an Asset Management Training certificate.

All attendees must be familiar with FlexManager prior to starting the course. 

It is advisable that all attendees complete the Introduction to FlexManager online course prior to starting this course as some of the basic principles of FlexManager, covered in the Introduction course will not be covered again this training.

What does it cost?

Special Intro Offer of €100 per Attendee.

What do I need?

You will not need to bring a laptop with you. All course materials will be provided, including workbooks, note paper and tablets.

Part 1 - EQUIPMENT REGISTER

Part 2 – EQUIPMENT ASSIGNMENT

Part 3 – EQUIPMENT COSTS

How to set up various cost types & categories and apply these to assets. Setting up cost types. Applying costs to assets and actions.

Part 4 - INVENTORY CHECK

How to monitor the status and location of smaller assets that are attached to larger “parent” assets. Completing an Inventory Check Inventory Check Overview / History Inventory Check Settings

Part 5 – EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS
