Does the module guarantee the job will be safe?
No single tool can guarantee that. Job Risk Management gives you a structured way to break a job into steps, identify hazards and controls, score risk, and get sign-off before work starts, so the assessment behind a job is thorough and on record, but safe execution on site still depends on the people and process around it.
What happens if an assessment needs to change after it's live?
A change is saved as a new revision instead of overwriting the live version, and you can recall any past assessment exactly as it was used on site, so there’s always an accurate record of what crew actually worked from, even after the assessment has since moved on.
Can we reuse an assessment for similar jobs?
Yes. Assessment templates can be built into a reusable library, so a similar job doesn’t mean rebuilding the hazard and control breakdown from nothing, and scheduled assessments can be seen on a calendar and map to plan ahead.
