FlexManager’s Conference Circuit: Where to Find Us This Autumn
Following a busy and successful spring conference season, the FlexManager team is gearing up for an equally exciting autumn schedule.

As we get closer to the end of year, it is time to take stock and ensure that 2026 is a successful, safe year for all personnel. No matter what industry, it is always worthwhile to reflect through a thoughtful end-of-year review process. Before switching off the lights and grabbing that well deserved mince pie, here’s 4 things that organisations can consider.
What went well this year? This is the question to ask before you close on 2025.Whether it’s safety, quality, or environmental perofrmance, organisations should identify trends, any recurring issues (and how they are being corrected), and opportunities for improvement.Â
Top Tip: Using direct data from Audits and Inspections conducted through FlexManager can drive insights that are established, and not assumed.
Review non-conformances and identify root causes to ensure quality control procedures are up to date and clearly documented, certifications, and equipment inspections are up to date. A little admin now saves a lot of stress in the New Year when trainings need to be organised and compliance checks come around.
Top Tip: Checking expiring trainings in FlexManager’s Training Manager module means that you can be proactive in having trainings organised when personnel return after the festive period.Â
A crucial element that will save a lot of stress going into 2026 is that workplace certifications are current, and that plant and equipment has been properly maintained. Are there any outstanding repairs or inspections that could delay projects in January? Are there expiring trainings that can be scheduled in December? Let’s try and avoid that!
Top Tip: FlexManager has the analytical tools to help teams close out their year with confidence. With Scheduled Reports, organisations can review performance across workforce or equipment-based statistics.
Use what you have learned from this year to set smarter goals for the next. Whether it is improving safety culture, enhancing your environmental/sustainability elements by cutting waste, or placing a higher emphasis on quality to boost efficiency… clarity now creates momentum for an organisation later down the line.Â
Top Tip: When setting out these goals, be sure to keep them realistic and measurable, while being specific so there are clear priorities that align with the organisation’s long term strategy. The SMART criteria can be a useful resource for this.Â
From all at FlexManager, we would like to thank our clients and connections that we have had the opportunity to interact with. Here’s to a safe, successful, and streamlined 2026!
