Does a passed pre-qualification guarantee a supplier meets our full requirements?
A pass reflects that a supplier’s answers met the expected responses your organisation set and were reviewed and accepted internally. It’s a record of that assessment, based on your own criteria, rather than an independent verification of everything about a supplier.
Do suppliers need an account to complete the questionnaire?
No. Suppliers can complete the pre-qualification without needing a login, so getting a new supplier started doesn’t depend on setting up an account before they can even begin answering questions.
What happens if a supplier's pre-qualification is about to expire?
Suppliers are warned before their pre-qualification lapses, and re-qualification can be triggered when it does expire, so an out-of-date approval doesn’t sit unnoticed until someone happens to check.
