Risk Register
A risk register that's scattered across spreadsheets makes it hard to see what actually needs attention first. FlexManager's Risk Register module allows you to record and track workplace risk assessments across tasks, locations, equipment, and chemical or biological agents, giving you the tools to score each against a colour-coded matrix and routing it through review.
Every Hazard Type, One Register
Risk Register lets you assess chemical and biological hazards alongside everyday task, location and equipment risks, all from the same register. Start from reusable risk assessment templates, get reminded automatically when an assessment is due for review, and generate a polished risk assessment document whenever one needs to be shared or filed.
Built for Safety Teams Company-Wide
The module supports safety teams routing assessments through review and approval, and tagging and searching to find the risks that matter rather than scrolling a long list. Company-wide risks can be shared to every site at once, and each person can see their own risks in a personal list.
One Register for Every Risk
Keep all your workplace risk assessments in one register, covering tasks, locations, equipment, and chemical or biological hazards, rather than spread across separate documents.
See What's Highest at a Glance
Score every risk against a colour-coded rating matrix, so you can see at a glance which risks are highest and deserve attention first, not just what was logged most recently.
Compare Risk Across Your Portfolio
Rank projects on a risk league table, so you can compare risk exposure across your whole portfolio rather than reviewing one project's register in isolation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does scoring a risk on the matrix mean it's under control?
No. The colour-coded matrix scores a risk consistently so the highest risks stand out at a glance, but managing that risk down still depends on the controls your organisation actually puts in place and follows through on, not on the score itself.
Can risks be compared across different projects?
Yes. Projects can be ranked on a risk league table, so you can see which projects are carrying the most risk exposure across your whole portfolio, rather than reviewing each project’s register on its own.
What happens if a risk changes after it's been assessed?
A snapshot of a risk is kept before it’s updated, and a full audit trail records every change, so you can always see what a risk looked like at a given point in time, not just its current state.
