How do you know when an induction needs redoing?
Each induction can be set to stay valid for a defined period. You get a warning before an induction is about to lapse, and the record itself shows clearly once it has expired and needs redoing, rather than leaving anyone to work it out manually.
Can inductions be completed online as well as in person?
Yes. Inductions completed online or in person are both captured in the same record, so it doesn’t matter how someone was inducted, only that it happened, was certified, and is on file the moment their status needs to be checked at the gate.
